Now, we are getting a look at exclusive video from that trip.
The goal was to provide the Ohio Valley with a first-hand look at a new wound-care technology that will soon be available at East Liverpool Health System.
With the use of fish skin from North Atlantic cod, this treatment allows for a more sterile and effective healing process for those who suffer from any form of open wound.
The technology will officially be launched by the hospital at the end of March.
