Congratulations to Dr. Gretchen Nickell, CMO, FACOI, of East Liverpool City Hospital who was chosen to present today at the 2024 Preparedness Summit for the National Association of County and City Health Officials. The case study’s theme “Collaboration: Public Health, Healthcare, and Emergency Management Responding to the East Palestine Train Derailment” will provide an opportunity for sectors to align missions, discuss collaborations challenges, and discover better opportunities to build stronger partnerships. Over 2,800 experts attended in person and virtually to learn best practices in preparing for and responding to public health emergencies.
