ELCH’s affiliates include River Valley Physicians (Medical Group), East Liverpool Therapy Center, Ohio Valley Home Health Services, East Liverpool City Hospital Wellsville Clinic, East Liverpool City Hospital East Palestine Clinic, and RVP Urgent Care and Occupational Health Clinic.
