We are pleased to announce that Stephanie Conn, RN, MSN will continue to serve East Liverpool City Hospital, a member of Prime Healthcare Foundation, as the Chief Executive Officer on a permanent basis. Stephanie is the current CEO of Coshocton Regional Medical Center and has served as Interim CEO at East Liverpool since March 5, 2024. She will transition to East Liverpool on a full-time basis effective July 1st. Please join us as we congratulate Stephanie on this leadership transition.
