Our Specialties

Laparoscopic Surgery

Laparoscopic surgery, also called minimally invasive surgery (MIS), bandaid surgery, or keyhole surgery, is a modern surgical technique in which operations are performed far from their location through small incisions (usually 0.5-1.5 cm) elsewhere in the body.

Breast & Soft Tissue Surgeries/Biopsy

Procedures performed include stereotactic and surgical biopsies, lumpectomies, mastectomies, and breast node removal.

Colorectal Surgeries and Procedures

Minimally invasive procedures are performed on the colon and rectum to address problems associated with cancer, internal bleeding, hemorrhoids, and inflamatory bowel disease, fistulas and an anal prolapse. Furthermore, the physicians regularly perform a colonoscopy for patients.

Endocrine Surgery

Physicians can perform surgeries to remove lymph nodes and the thyroid gland. Endocrine Surgeries include operations on one or more of the endocrine glands. These glands secrete hormones into the bloodstream, and have an important influence over the functions of almost all cells in the body.

Bowel Resection

Bowel resection is a surgical procedure in which a part of the large or small intestine is removed. It may be performed due to cancer, necrosis, enteritis, diverticular disease, Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, or a block in the intestine due to scar tissue.

Wound Management

Prevention of wound complications and promotion of wound healing.

Gallbladder/Cholecystectomy

A surgical procedure to remove your gallbladder – a pear-shaped organ that sits just below your liver on the upper right side of your abdomen. Your gallbladder collects and stores bile – a digestive fluid produced in your liver.

Appendectomy/Emergency Surgery

An appendectomy is the surgical removal of the vermiform appendix. This procedure is normally performed as an emergency procedure, when the patient is suffering from acute appendicitis.
